1. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on lkx8, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lkx8 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify age.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts and automated systems may not register accounts on lkx8.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of lkx8 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must ensure that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion program at lkx8 or have previously been banned or excluded from the Platform for any reason.

lkx8 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been met or continue to be unmet. Any balance in a closed ineligible account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and lkx8's internal compliance procedures.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of lkx8's services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• You may hold only one account on lkx8. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process. Do not create a second account under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact method. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms.
• lkx8 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Notify lkx8 support immediately if your contact details, residential address or payment methods change.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or share access to your lkx8 account with any other person. Any balance on a transferred or shared account may be voided.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

lkx8 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time via accepted payment methods. The following deposit conditions apply:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by lkx8, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that belongs to you. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and will be returned, minus any applicable processing fees.
• lkx8 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may charge its own service fees, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following rules and conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account or instrument that belongs to you and that was used for a prior deposit on your account, or that has been verified as belonging to you through the KYC process.
• lkx8 targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes of approval during normal Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays or where additional verification is required.
• lkx8 does not charge withdrawal fees. There is no maximum number of withdrawals per day or per week. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• lkx8 may delay or decline a withdrawal pending verification of the source of funds, identity confirmation or investigation of a potential breach of these Terms. In such cases, lkx8 will communicate the reason for the delay to the player within a reasonable time.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

lkx8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from the completion of the applicable wagering requirement may be transferred to your withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements state the total amount you must wager using bonus funds before any associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳20,000 in total wagers before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus has an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered in accordance with the requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Time limits are clearly displayed in the promotion details.
• lkx8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled while a player is in the process of meeting a wagering requirement, lkx8 will credit the player's account with an equivalent replacement offer where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other bonuses or promotions unless explicitly stated. Attempting to use multiple bonuses simultaneously is a violation of these Terms and may result in all bonuses being voided.

lkx8 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms, using multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, or placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — lkx8 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings on the affected account.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on lkx8 are governed by the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may also apply and are available within the relevant section of the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. lkx8 will not reverse or refund a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a market is void due to an event cancellation, abandonment or force majeure situation.
• lkx8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect or erroneous price due to a technical error, data feed failure or human error. In such cases, bets will be refunded at stake.
• Maximum winnings per bet or per event may apply. Where a maximum payout cap is in force for a specific market or event, this will be displayed to the player prior to bet confirmation. Winnings in excess of the stated cap will not be paid.
• Match fixing, manipulation of sporting events, and any form of insider information used to gain an unfair betting advantage are strictly prohibited. lkx8 actively monitors betting patterns and cooperates with relevant authorities and sporting bodies in the investigation of suspicious activity.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. lkx8 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice. In-play odds are subject to rapid change; it is the player's responsibility to confirm the accepted odds before bet submission.

6. Responsible Gaming

lkx8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following policies apply to all accounts:

• Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Players may request a temporary time-out (cooling-off) period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account will be suspended and no deposits, bets or bonus activations will be possible. The time-out cannot be reversed before its expiry.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from lkx8 may request self-exclusion via the support team. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being processed. Once self-excluded, a player may not re-register on lkx8 under any name or identity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lkx8 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using lkx8 in connection with any illegal financial activity. lkx8 is required to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities and will do so without notice to the account holder.
• Colluding with other players, syndicate betting designed to manipulate outcomes, or any form of match or event fixing.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account credentials to place bets or conduct any Platform activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or interfere with any part of the lkx8 Platform, including its games, payment systems, security infrastructure or customer accounts.

lkx8 employs advanced fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, lkx8 will act swiftly to protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of legitimate players. Funds associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited in full upon confirmation of a violation.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

lkx8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account for the following reasons, without liability to the affected player:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, bonus abuse or failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by lkx8.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to restrict or terminate the account, including any order from a competent authority or financial intelligence unit.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including a self-exclusion request. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lkx8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if lkx8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

lkx8 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults. Where a game or service is interrupted due to a technical error, lkx8 will make reasonable efforts to restore the service and, where applicable, refund any bets that were irrecoverably affected by the interruption.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the lkx8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the exclusive property of lkx8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or commercial exploitation of lkx8 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

lkx8 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. lkx8 uses your data to verify identity, process transactions, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations and improve the Platform. 12. Amendments to These Terms

lkx8 may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, lkx8 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the email address on file or via a Platform notification. Your continued use of lkx8 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, your only recourse is to close your account and withdraw any available balance.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of lkx8, you agree to first contact lkx8's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. lkx8 will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to provide a full response within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to a mutually agreed form of alternative dispute resolution before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
